Custom Orders :

For custom apparel and printing services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted designs, text, and artwork before production.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Intellectual Property:

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, artwork, images, or designs submitted for custom printing.

RIVER CLOTHING is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

Shipping :

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, order volume, and external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom orders are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by RIVER CLOTHING.

For non-custom products, return eligibility will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Representation :

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and details. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and production processes.

Limitation of Liability :

RIVER CLOTHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
